About the Role:
As a Junior Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, investigating
and resolving issues, communicating with clients and partners, and contributing to the
improvement of our platform. This role is ideal for a junior or aspiring software developer with a
problem-solving mindset and an interest in gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve incoming support tickets, escalating when necessary.
- Debug and fix issues related to TypeScript/React.
- Correct data-level errors in our MySQL database.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve support requests.
- Liaise with partners, such as RMS, to troubleshoot issues.
- Review error logs to identify and resolve recurring problems.
- Assist in testing software updates and features.
- Perform other administrative and technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in debugging TypeScript/React applications.
- Knowledge of MySQL databases and ability to perform basic queries and updates.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a support or technical role is a plus but not required.
