ABOUT THE ROLE
Great beauty products deserve great design long before they reach the customer. Every package, label and printed detail plays a part in bringing the CAIA brand to life.
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Developers and our Sustainability Manager, with guidance from our Senior Graphic Designer to create, update and prepare artwork for our growing product portfolio. From packaging updates and regulatory changes to support in simple graphic prints and layouts, you'll help ensure every product meets both our creative vision and production requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Create and update packaging artwork across CAIA's product assortment, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files following production and supplier specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Developers to implement artwork revisions, regulatory updates and product changes throughout the development process.
- Create simple graphic prints, layouts and supporting design assets for new product launches and limited editions.
- Ensure all artwork follows CAIA's brand guidelines while meeting technical production requirements.
- Organize and maintain artwork files and design documentation to ensure efficient workflows.
- Support the Creative and Product Development teams with day-to-day graphic design tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within packaging, print or consumer products.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working. You enjoy getting the small details right.
- Good understanding of print production, artwork preparation and file management.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely across multiple teams and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Curious, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
- An eye for typography, layout and maintaining a premium visual identity.
IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience working with beauty or similar packaging including INCI-lists and relevant logo requirements for different markets.
- Previous experience creating packaging artwork for production.
- Basic illustration or pattern design skills.
- Knowledge of print techniques, finishes and packaging materials.
- Experience with Figma.
