Job Description

Fragomen Philippines has an exciting opportunity to join the firm as an Immigration Analyst.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Case Management & Advisory

  • Case Assessment: Review instructions and documentation for a variety of PH inbound corporate visas and permits (for example: 9(g), 47(a)(2), Alien Employment Permits [AEP], and Special Work Permits [SWP])

 

  • Client & Authority Liaison: Maintain routine contact with clients and local authorities, keeping clients updated on regulations and visa processes.

 

  • Document Control: Prepare application documents and check supporting files for accuracy, advising relevant parties of any missing items.

 

Data & Financial Administration

  • System Maintenance: Update the case management system and maintain client files per firm protocols.

 

  • Financial Coordination: Prepare billing instructions, track disbursement PINs, and manage Liaison Officer reimbursements for BI/DOLE filing fees and legal research fees.

 

  • Ad Hoc Support: Handle other administrative duties as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in any discipline, with at least 2-3 years' of relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in PH immigration/visa processing is advantageous.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills, organization skills & time management skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability and flexibility to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a high-volume professional services environment.
