The Senior Human Resource Business Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data and present results to leadership to provide insight into key workforce indicators. Provides support for organizational decision making through high-level analysis, data mining of human resources data, and effective reporting. Evaluates HRIS functionality and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency and team member experience. Partners with IT, Finance and others when appropriate to accomplish organizational wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR Management, or related discipline
- 3 -5 years minimum experience working within HRIS systems/process improvement experience.
- Prior Compensation, HRIS, and report writing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant HR certification preferred.
- Prefer experience working in healthcare or other complex environment.
- Strong preference for UKG system experience preferred

- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization including Senior Management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent/Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of information technology and compensation best practices
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
