We’re collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about delivering quality - all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you’re someone who’s curious, adaptable and excited to do meaningful work with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Scenic Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll create efficiency within the Scenic team by assisting/leading the Scenic elements of projects and collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless, quality delivery of Scenic elements.

You’ll help turn creative concepts into practical, buildable scenic solutions, supporting the team with materials research, project logistics, supplier coordination, budget tracking, site planning, RAMS information and on-site delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with a grounding in scenic build, events, theatre, exhibitions, film or a similar environment who is ready to grow into broader scenic project management responsibility.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • You’re a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed.
  • You’re comfortable interpreting creative briefs and ideas, and understand that designs can evolve as projects develop.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different teams to get things done well.
  • You have an understanding of scenic construction methods and a foundation of knowledge around materials, with a genuine enthusiasm for developing your expertise further.
  • You’re organised, practical and able to manage multiple moving parts while keeping an eye on the detail.
  • You’re curious, open to feedback and keen to develop your technical, commercial and project management skills.
  • You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy finding practical solutions to challenges.
  • You care about sustainability and want to help find more responsible ways to solve scenic challenges.

It would also be great if you:

  • You have experience within a scenic build team in the events, film, exhibition or theatre industry.
  • Conversant in the MS Office suite.

You don’t have to tick every box. We care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with production teams to help translate design concepts into manufacturable scenic elements, ensuring feasibility and client expectations are met.
  • Offering cost-effective, practical, and sustainable solutions to proposed designs.
  • Assisting to manage scenic project budgets throughout the production process.
  • Assist with the outsourcing of scenic projects to third party suppliers
  • Manage logistics, including equipment, crew coordination, and site delivery/installation in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Liaising between internal teams (fabrication, warehouse, floristry, technical, and dry hire) and external stakeholders, including clients, venues, agencies, and third-party suppliers
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to research and source suitable materials for projects, ensuring quality and alignment with project needs.
  • Oversee the production of graphics and ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Assist with producing event RAMS through collating information from internal departments or liaising with external subcontractors
  • Provide on-site management for scenic installations, challenges and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Support workshop teams during the manufacturing process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Attend site visits, assess logistics, and participate in post-project evaluations to drive process improvements

Representing the Company:

  • Living and demonstrating our company values in your day-to-day work.
  • Ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.
  • Actively helping us to deliver on our ambitious 2030 Pledge (check it out on our website)
