Job Summary
Socure Launch is our self-service offering for emerging fintechs and growth-stage companies. We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own activation, onboarding, and time-to-value across the Launch experience.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, customer-obsessed builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys combining product management, experimentation, customer research, and hands-on problem solving. You will work directly with fintech customers, run rapid growth experiments, and help shape the future of Socure's PLG motion.
What You'll Own
Activation & Product-Led Growth
Own the end-to-end Launch activation funnel, from signup through first meaningful production usage.
- Define and optimize activation metrics, onboarding success criteria, and time-to-value
- Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messaging
- Identify friction points through funnel analysis, customer behavior data, and direct customer feedback
- Translate learnings into product improvements that drive measurable growth
Fintech Customer Insights
Develop a deep understanding of fintech customer workflows and needs.
- Conduct customer interviews, onboarding reviews, and integration discovery sessions
- Identify unmet needs across identity, compliance, onboarding, and trust workflows
- Turn customer insights into product recommendations, roadmap priorities, and scalable playbooks
Ecosystem & Channel Growth
Partner with key fintech ecosystems and growth channels.
- Support onboarding experiences for VC, accelerator, embedded finance, and platform partnerships
- Identify repeatable patterns that improve activation and retention within strategic customer segments
- Help shape product experiences tailored to fintech and developer-first customers
Building for Scale
Operate as an owner in a fast-growing business.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, and GTM teams
- Create the instrumentation, reporting, and operational foundations needed to scale Launch efficiently
- Convert recurring customer and operational challenges into productized solutions
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role
- Experience in fintech or adjacent markets such as payments, banking, lending, identity, fraud, or compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to ship products, features, experiments, or process improvements end-to-end
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with high ownership and limited structure
Most importantly, you are:
- Experiment-driven: You use data and rapid testing to drive decisions.
- Customer-obsessed: You spend time with customers and seek firsthand understanding of their problems.
- High-agency: You move between strategy, execution, analysis, and operational work without waiting for direction.
- Builder-minded: You enjoy creating scalable systems, not just identifying problems.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured through improvements in:
- Activation rate
- Time-to-first-value
- Onboarding completion
- Early retention and engagement
- Partner and ecosystem-sourced growth
