Additional Information About the Role
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate will provide financial analysis and reporting support through trend analysis, forecasting, budget-to-actual variance reviews, budget development, business intelligence research, and maintenance of decision support databases. They will partner closely with hospital and operational leaders to analyze labor-to-volume metrics, monitor key financial performance indicators, and identify drivers of financial results. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between corporate finance and hospital leadership, effectively interpreting, translating, and communicating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills to support informed decision-making and drive operational and financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Provides complex financial analysis, reporting and forecasting operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities. Efforts focus on clinical service line analysis and reporting, as well as strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Provides analysis of financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts, and the monitoring of key financial metrics.
- Provides variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, providing explanations of the causes of any material variances.
- Supports the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets, as assigned.
- Conducts research and provides analysis for external business intelligence, as assigned.
- Maintains and supports decision support databases, including updating cost allocations.
