Job Description:
Hands on experience to identify the root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Experienced in utilizing advanced FA tools including Microscopes, X-Ray, and CT Scan systems to identify defect mechanisms and drive permanent corrective actions.
Skilled in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA, with a strong track record of reducing recurring failures, improving manufacturing yield, supporting NPI builds,
and driving cross-functional quality improvements through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities,
- Improve manufacturing yield through failure analysis and corrective actions with CFTs.
- Maintain failure databases for trend analysis and historical reference.
- Identify top yield loss drivers and recurring failure modes through FA reporting.
- Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA methodologies.
- Operate FA tools including Microscopes, X-Ray, and CT Scanners for defect analysis.
- Support product investigations, NPI builds, engineering validations, and production ramp-ups.
- Validate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through experiments and data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring failures and manufacturing escapes.
- Analyze yield trends, generate management reports, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to implement sustainable solutions.
