Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Analyst to support a large-scale, multi-year modernization initiative for a large financial services client. This role will operate at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with product, operational, and technical teams to translate complex concepts into actionable decisions and ensure successful execution of strategic transformation efforts.

The successful candidate will support the buildout of enterprise product capabilities as part of a cloud core transformation. This individual will work closely with technical teams and business product lines to identify and deliver required enablers, manage dependencies and impacts, drive organizational and operational readiness, and ensure solutions remain aligned with broader strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business product lines, technology teams, and other stakeholders to support enterprise product capability development and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams by translating complex technical, operational, and business concepts into clear requirements, decisions, and actionable plans.
  • Analyze existing and future-state business processes, data flows, capabilities, workflows, and operating models to identify gaps, dependencies, and transformation needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of future-state operating models and workflows aligned with strategic transformation objectives.
  • Assess business and operational impacts associated with new technology capabilities, cloud migrations, process changes, and product implementations.
  • Identify, document, and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, impacts, assumptions, and decisions throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Develop product and operational readiness plans to support successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities.
  • Partner with technical teams to understand solution designs, implementation approaches, sequencing, and technical dependencies and translate those considerations for business stakeholders.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define required capabilities, operational processes, controls, and supporting documentation.
  • Develop governance structures, controls, documentation standards, and traceability mechanisms to support effective program execution and decision-making.
  • Ensure business requirements, strategic objectives, technical solutions, and implementation activities remain aligned throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions across business, product, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues and drive decisions.
  • Produce clear documentation, presentations, process flows, impact assessments, readiness materials, decision artifacts, and executive-level communications.
  • Provide continuity across multiple workstreams and phases of a multi-year modernization program by maintaining knowledge of decisions, dependencies, requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Support transformation leadership with planning, prioritization, governance, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience supporting business transformation, technology transformation, modernization, product delivery, business analysis, management consulting, or similar initiatives; 10+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working between business and technology organizations within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience translating technical concepts, business requirements, and strategic objectives for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Experience performing business process, data, capability, workflow, and impact analysis.
  • Experience developing or supporting future-state operating models, business processes, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with product, business, or operational readiness planning.
  • Experience identifying and managing dependencies and impacts across multiple teams, systems, processes, or workstreams.
  • Experience developing governance structures, business controls, documentation, and traceability processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, evolving environment and provide continuity across long-term transformation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
