Accountabilities: The Quality Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving quality assurance activities focused on Salesforce solutions and integrated systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge in testing automation, and close collaboration with agile teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce-based systems and integrations.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework and API automation tools.

• Perform manual testing within Salesforce, validating integrations, workflows, and critical business processes.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to product evolution and continuous quality improvement.

• Prepare and manage test data with different teams to ensure complete and realistic testing scenarios.

• Register, track, and manage bugs and improvement requests using Jira.

• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to understand requirements and business impacts.

• Ensure testing standards, quality practices, and delivery best practices are consistently followed.

• Support teams in identifying risks and improving overall product reliability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a Quality Analyst with experience in software testing, Salesforce validation, and automation practices. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in an agile environment.

• Experience working as a QA professional with manual and automated testing activities.

• Knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce testing and validation processes.

• Experience with API automation using REST, SOAP, or similar technologies.

• Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts with Robot Framework.

• Familiarity with Jira for task management, defect tracking, and workflow organization.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across different teams.

• Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and propose quality improvements.

• Experience with customer service processes is a plus.

• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is considered an advantage.
