About the role:
As a Project Manager for SAP, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP projects, from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support. You will lead complex, multi-module projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Managing and steering clients and project teams, ensuring project objectives are achieved successfully.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Program Managers, Consulting Directors, and the Global PMO to oversee project financials and reporting.
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets, with experience managing medium-sized project financials and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strengthening project management governance, quality assurance processes, and adherence to delivery standards.
- Delivering training sessions on project management tools, methodologies, best practices, and templates.
- Applying SD Worx Project Methodology and Project Management Processes to ensure consistent and successful project delivery.
What do you have to offer?
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Project Management with SAP is a plus.
- Solid understanding of project financial management and project controlling, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
- Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and French (C2 level required for both languages).
