What you’ll do   ⦿ Dealer Revenue Management: Take full accountability for managing the dealer account, including meeting monthly revenue projections, budgeting, forecasting, business development, and overall account management. Success means consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and growing the dealer’s business footprint in the West Africa region.   ⦿ On-Site Technical Support: Collaborate closely with the Africa Product Support team to deliver ESCO’s on-site technical support services such as trial management, bucket commissioning, and technical sales presentations. Daily activities include providing expert technical advice and support to customers and dealers to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.   ⦿ Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of dealer activities, sales opportunities, and revenue projections using Salesforce, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.   ⦿ Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the West Africa region to support dealer operations, conduct on-site technical visits, and engage directly with customers and stakeholders.   ⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring  

Must-haves:  ⦿ Technical qualifications in Engineering or as a trade-tested Artisan.   ⦿ Proven experience in face-to-face technical sales and support within the mining industry.   ⦿ Autonomous, customer-centric approach with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets for technically complex products.   ⦿ Ability to manage dealer relationships effectively, including forecasting, budgeting, and business development.

Nice-to-haves:  ⦿ Post-graduate commercial qualification.   ⦿ Experience working in the West Africa mining market or similar emerging markets.   ⦿ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales reporting.   ⦿ Strong presentation and communication skills tailored to technical and commercial audiences.
