What You Will Do

The Product Support SSBU within Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) has an opening for a Finance Senior Manager to lead our C3S2 business area finance team. Product Support partners with internal customers across RTX, as well as with external customers, to provide sustainment and aftermarket solutions. As a result, this position offers the unique experience of gaining exposure to a broad variety of products and programs as well as expanding networks. Including both internal and external business, the total portfolio has over $300M of annual revenue.  The successful candidate will lead a team of over 20 finance professionals with focus on talent pipelines and career development.  In addition to people leadership, responsibilities include driving financial performance, program controls, EAC development, accurate forecasting, risk and opportunity management, annual planning and long-range planning. The role requires strong collaboration with the prime program offices and the cross functional C3S2 team.  The successful candidate will be a key partner to the C3S2 program director and the C3S2 leadership team. 

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field & 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree and 8 years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Experience with APEX, PRISM, EDIT+, and/or other related program execution tools
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
