Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements with clients to understand and translate their requirements for advanced cyber security solutions, specifically in the areas of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS), and Cloud Security.
- Oversee and contribute to the development, scoping, and sizing of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Manage and guide the deployment of cyber security projects, providing expert consultation and direction as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout the deployment process.
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solution deployments, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Design and facilitate advanced technical enablement programs for clients, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage deployed solutions effectively.
- Lead post-sales support services, overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring high client satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Deep passion for information security and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience in utilizing analytical tools or technologies to enhance security processes and user experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with proven expertise in leading complex security projects.
- Preferable experience with workflow management and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS), or Cloud Security.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting.
- In-depth familiarity with industry-recognized analysis frameworks such as Kill Chain, Diamond Model, NIST Response, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of information security technologies, cyber threat actors, cyber-crimes, and fraudulent activities targeting various industries.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
