Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support the full servicing lifecycle of first‑mortgage, home‑equity loans, and Commercial Loans. This role ensures accurate loan administration, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service in a fast‑paced, member‑focused environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Loan Administration — Process payments, payoffs, escrow transactions, and account updates. Escrow Management — Conduct escrow analyses, monitor tax and insurance requirements, and coordinate disbursements. Member Support — Provide timely, accurate assistance regarding statements, escrow, insurance, and general servicing inquiries. Compliance — Maintain adherence to RESPA, TILA, CFPB servicing rules, and state regulations. Insurance Tracking — Verify homeowner’s and flood insurance coverage and maintain documentation. Loan Setup & Boarding — Accurately board new consumer and commercial loans into the core systems, ensuring all data fields, terms, and documentation are complete and compliant. Document Verification — Review closing packages, underwriting conditions, collateral records, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness prior to onboarding. Quality Control — Perform pre‑ and post‑boarding audits to validate loan terms, rates, fees, escrow requirements, and regulatory disclosures. System Maintenance — Update loan records, upload documentation, and resolve discrepancies in the core and servicing platforms. Cross‑Department Collaboration — Work with Lending, Collections, and Member Services to support accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience. 1+ year of mortgage servicing or financial services experience preferred. Knowledge of mortgage regulations and servicing standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A current driver’s license.
