What you will do:
This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving data visibility, performance tracking, and decision-supporting tools across key strategic and operational processes. The role ensures timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support cross-functional execution in Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Finance, with particular focus on critical initiatives such as War Room governance.
Main Responsibilities
War Room Governance & Performance Visibility
- Own the design, maintenance, and execution of War Room dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring real-time visibility into critical KPIs, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Consolidate inputs from Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and Operations into a single source of truth to support rapid decision-making.
- Generate daily/weekly executive summaries highlighting key deviations, root causes, and recommended actions.
- Ensure reporting enables clear accountability, tracking owners, actions, and expected outcomes.
Data Science & Business Intelligence Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and advanced analytics solutions supporting forecasting, supply chain optimization, and performance management.
- Collaborate with teams to translate models into business-facing tools and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across reporting systems and platforms.
- Continuously improve data pipelines and reporting automation to reduce manual processes and improve speed and reliability.
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Standardize reporting across key processes to ensure consistency, comparability, and reliability of metrics.
- Generate exception reporting to proactively identify performance gaps and operational risks.
- Translate data into actionable insights, clearly communicating implications and recommended actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data modeling
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of SAP data structures, modules, or reporting environments
- Understanding of ERP driven business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR)
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
