Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring seamless delivery from order handover to dispatch and commissioning. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, client communication, and overall project performance across schedule, cost, and quality.

This role is ideal for experienced project professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technically driven environment and are motivated to deliver excellence across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, procurement, and QA — to ensure timely progress
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Interface with clients for project reviews, technical clarifications, and milestone updates
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where required
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
  • Drive documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement in project delivery

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
  • 5-7 years of experience in Mechanical Project
  • Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and commissioning workflows
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera)
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
