Language Requirement: Fluent / Advanced Business English (Mandatory — 100% daily written and spoken interaction with US teams.
• This is a Junior to Mid-Level role (Project Manager 1 / Project Coordinator). Candidates seeking Senior/Management-level compensation will not be considered.
• Industry experience is MANDATORY: Candidates must have direct background in Corrugated Packaging, Flexographic Printing, Prepress, or Packaging Graphics . Profiles from IT, Software, Finance, or General Marketing will be automatically disqualified.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our Corrugated Packaging team . In this role, you will facilitate packaging artwork, prepress execution, and production coordination for key US-based accounts . You will act as the primary operational bridge between US clients, internal production teams, prepress specialists, and external printers or converters .
This role is ideal for candidates with initial hands-on experience in corrugated packaging, flexographic printing, prepress, or packaging graphics , as well as internal candidates looking to transition into a Project Management track within the corrugated packaging division .
Key Responsibilities
• Order Intake & Specification Setup: Receive artwork requests, review technical requirements, and accurately enter complete job instructions into internal tracking systems .
• Project Coordination & Timeline Management: Track packaging projects from initial order intake through prepress, production, and final delivery, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met .
• US Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the main day-to-day operational contact for US-based clients, sales representatives, and production teams, delivering prompt and professional updates .
• Technical Quality Control: Verify that technical specifications match supplied artwork to ensure printability and reduce production errors or rework .
• Issue Escalation & Documentation: Proactively identify, document, and escalate artwork discrepancies, technical issues, or timeline delays to keep projects on track .
Must-Have Qualifications (Strict Filtering Criteria)
• Work Authorization: Must be a Mexican Citizen or Permanent Resident currently living in Mexico.
• English Proficiency: Fluent/Advanced written and spoken English (all accounts supported are US-based) .
• Required Industry Background: Direct experience or technical exposure in corrugated packaging, flexographic printing, prepress, packaging graphics, or packaging artwork management .
• Production Exposure: Experience working with printers, converters, or manufacturing/operations teams .
• Project Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment .
• Technical Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read, interpret, and process technical packaging specifications .
Preferred Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, customer service (CSR), or production tracking within the printing/packaging industry .
• Hands-on knowledge of corrugated packaging production workflows, prepress, or packaging artwork management .
• Experience using packaging workflow management tools or project tracking software .
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Graphic Communication, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred .
