The Team & Role

We are seeking an AI-native Marketing Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Marketing Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, advanced SQL skills, modern AI workflows, and exceptional business acumen. They are comfortable moving between detailed data analysis and executive-level storytelling, helping leaders understand not just what happened, but why it happened and what actions to take next.

This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign, digital, event, ABM, product marketing, customer marketing, and demand generation performance.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
  • Build attribution, funnel, and conversion analyses that drive marketing investment decisions.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to define success metrics and optimize program performance.
  • Maintain reusable definitions in markdown-based documentation and other shared knowledge assets to support team enablement and skill-building.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with data engineering, RevOps, and business systems teams to ensure data quality and governance.
  • Validate data accuracy and maintain trust in executive reporting.

Executive Measurement & Strategic Insights

  • Design and maintain executive-level marketing performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop KPIs and measurement methodologies that connect marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and business outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, board reporting, annual planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive analysis.

AI-Native Analytics & Automation

  • Own the marketing semantic layer, including KPI definitions, business logic, data dictionaries, AI-ready documentation, and reusable measurement frameworks that ensure consistency across reporting, dashboards, AI agents, and executive communications.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern analytics platforms to accelerate insight generation and improve productivity.
  • Design AI-powered workflows for reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, data enrichment, and executive brief creation.
  • Champion AI-first approaches to analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

Your experience

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to work across large, complex datasets.
  • Experience building executive-facing dashboards, scorecards, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel analytics, pipeline generation, attribution, and revenue measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve analytical workflows and business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of Python, dbt, or modern data stack technologies.
  • Experience supporting CMO, CRO, or executive leadership teams.
