On behalf of FinTech Client #3, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager.

This role owns a strategic gamified platform designed to drive engagement and loyalty among tens of thousands of FinTech Client #3 Associates, and is set to grow into ownership of FinTech Client #3's broader Merchant Ops product portfolio — the systems that manage merchant, associate, and partner data and operations end to end. Transforms the sales process into an interactive experience where users earn points for offering FinTech Client #3 loans, redeemable for vouchers or cash, while also functioning as a social network and training hub for our partner organizations. As the role expands, it will also take on the product behind our merchant data core, onboarding and activation flows, partner dashboard and reporting, and alliance integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and strategy for Sunbeast, and define the metrics that show it's working.
  • Progressively take ownership of the broader Merchant Ops product portfolio — merchant data, onboarding, dashboard/reporting, and alliance integrations — as the role's scope expands.
  • Research and identify new opportunities to grow engagement, loyalty, and training impact across our Associate community.
  • Set the product roadmap and manage resource allocation across the team(s).
  • Translate deep knowledge of Associates, merchants, partner organizations, and the business into clear business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and shape future investment.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and US-based business stakeholders to deliver features end to end.
  • Own the full product lifecycle — gathering requirements, prioritizing by business value, writing clear specs for engineering, and analyzing results after launch.
  • Stay hands-on and close to execution — like every PM at Sunbit, you own the details, not just the strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience covering the full product lifecycle.
  • Proven track record delivering products from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive decisions with data.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to build features that move company-level metrics.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • Experience at a fast-growth startup.
  • Engineering or computer science background — an advantage.
  • Experience with gamification, loyalty, community, or engagement products — an advantage.
  • Experience with mobile products — an advantage.
  • Experience in product growth — an advantage.
  • Experience with data platforms, CRM-integrated systems, or B2B operational tools — an advantage.
  • Experience with fintech, credit cards, or SaaS — a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented — willing to get into the weeds of execution, in line with how PMs work across Sunbit.
  • Collaborative mindset, balancing teamwork with independent decision-making.
  • Able to manage multiple products or workstreams at once — this role's scope will grow over time.
  • Strong project management skills — building timelines and allocating shared resources across goals.
  • Self-managed, able to work independently and interface with all levels of management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a quick time to market.
