Business Analyst

As a member of our consulting team, you will support our client in translating business needs into clear, structured requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions. You will ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations, operational objectives, and implementation constraints, enabling informed decision-making and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business context, drivers, and expected outcomes.

• Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements and business rules.

• Analyse and model business processes and workflows.

• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.

• Produce business and functional specifications.

• Support stakeholder consultation, requirements prioritisation, and solution validation.

• Contribute to feasibility, impact, and risk analysis activities.

• Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect tracking and business feedback management.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

• Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis activities.

• Prepare documentation, meeting minutes, workshop summaries, and reporting materials.

• Produce business analysis artefacts supporting decision-making, delivery planning, and solution acceptance.

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and management techniques.

• Experience in business process analysis and modelling.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.

• Experience with backlog management and requirements traceability.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Knowledge of KPI monitoring and business performance analysis.

• Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools.

Profile :

• Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMIPBA,CAP, CBATL, CBPP,CFLBA, CPRE, or equivalent
• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in ICT.
• Minimum 3 years of higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience as a Business Analyst in application development and software implementation projects, including the analysis, specification, validation, and delivery of business requirements for IT applications.

• Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
