We’ve grown over 440% in the last 18 months because we take ownership, solve hard problems, and build with purpose. Join us to build the future.
Your Impact
As a Product Manager, you will own and grow strategic product platforms that support mission-critical and next-generation data center infrastructure. This is an end-to-end business ownership role that combines product strategy, product management, product marketing, commercialization, and new product development leadership.
You will serve as the business owner for an assigned product platform, leading it from market and customer insights through strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle growth. Working closely with customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you will identify opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that create value for customers while accelerating Accelevation's growth.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees opportunities where others see obstacles, and enjoys creating structure, processes, and solutions from the ground up. You won't simply manage an existing roadmap. You'll help shape the future of the business by identifying unmet market needs, challenging assumptions, driving cross-functional alignment, and turning ideas into scalable products and commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like an owner, operates with urgency, proactively drives business outcomes, and is energized by building something meaningful in a fast-growing environment.
