Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
