About the Role
The Action Brands Design Team is looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products across our action brands portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop product concepts and designs for action figures, role-play, and toy categories
- Translate brand, storytelling, and play experience into compelling product solutions
- Create sketches, 3D concepts (CAD/visualisation), and presentation materials
- Collaborate with engineering, packaging, marketing, and global teams (including RI)
- Support product development from concept through prototype, tooling and production
- Ensure design intent, quality, and brand consistency are maintained throughout development
- Explore new design trends, materials, and technologies (including AI tools) to drive innovation
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant design experience (toy experience is a plus)
- Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., KeyShot, ZBrush)
- Experience in product development and manufacturing processes
- Passion for toys, entertainment brands, and play experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in model kits & construction toy design is an added advantage
