The Junior QA Analyst will begin their journey by gaining hands-on experience across our client's core operations, including Proctoring and Customer Support. This role is designed as a development path for early-career professionals who are interested in Quality Assurance and operational excellence. During the first stages of the role, the individual will learn the platform, processes, candidate experience, and support workflows while actively assisting candidates and supporting exam delivery operations. As their knowledge grows, they will transition into Quality Assurance responsibilities, helping monitor service quality, identify improvement opportunities, and support multiple operational teams through QA initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students in their final years of study who are looking to build a career in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Customer Experience.
Location: 100% ON-SITE from Asuncion, Paraguay. Working hours will be 9 AM - 6 PM Paraguay Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support core operational processes, including online proctoring and customer support activities.
- Assist candidates and customers by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of platform functionality, testing procedures, and operational workflows.
- Monitor and review service interactions, support tickets, and proctoring sessions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct QA evaluations and audits following established processes and guidelines.
- Identify quality trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document findings and provide feedback to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Proctoring, Customer Support, and QA teams to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and QA documentation.
- Continuously learn company processes, quality standards, and best practices while progressing toward a dedicated QA role.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, Information
- Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and remote environment.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, customer service, support, operations, or quality-related experience.
- Familiarity with remote work environments.
- Experience in education, certification, testing, or service-oriented industries.
- Exposure to quality assurance concepts, auditing, or process improvement.
