As Principal Product Manager, you'll play a key role in turning that opportunity into reality. You'll own the strategy, discovery and delivery of data and AI products across our portfolio, taking ideas from early concepts through to successful commercial products. Working closely with engineering, data science, legal, commercial and product teams, you'll help define the future of Data and AI at OneAdvanced.

What You Will Do

You'll define the direction of our Data and AI product portfolio, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical delivery to bring innovative products to market.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of OneAdvanced's Data and AI product portfolio.
  • Lead customer discovery, validate opportunities and shape products that solve real customer problems and deliver commercial value.
  • Prioritise product investment, balancing customer demand, commercial priorities, data readiness and technical complexity.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial and Legal teams to take products from concept through to launch.
  • Drive the reuse of Data and AI capabilities across multiple sectors, identifying opportunities to scale solutions across the business.
  • Own go to market planning, including pricing, positioning and sales enablement, while contributing to programme leadership and architecture governance.

What You Will Have

You'll be an experienced product leader with a strong commercial mindset, a passion for solving customer problems and a track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products.

  • Significant experience leading B2B SaaS products, ideally at Principal Product Manager or Head of Product level.
  • A proven track record of taking data or AI products from discovery through to successful commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with experience shaping product strategy, pricing and investment decisions.
  • Experience working closely with data platforms, data science or AI engineering teams and a practical understanding of AI technologies.
  • Excellent product discovery skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions in an evolving environment.
  • Experience within one or more of our key sectors, such as health, legal, education, care, finance, HR or payroll. Experience with data governance, analytics products or business intelligence platforms would be beneficial.
