The Difference You Make: The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.

Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.
Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.
Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
Performs transaction due diligence.
Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations.
Researches and analyzes industries and market data.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

Qualifications:

3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field. - Required.
0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.
Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
