This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to drive the commercialization of technology-enabled healthcare solutions in a complex and rapidly evolving market. You will shape positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging for solutions serving payer organizations and enterprise healthcare stakeholders. The role combines strategic product marketing with hands-on execution across launches, sales enablement, RFPs, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, clinical teams, and proposal teams to translate complex capabilities into compelling business outcomes. Success will depend on your ability to operate independently while influencing multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable commercial impact. Accountabilities

  • Develop and refine differentiated platform positioning and messaging for payer-market audiences, translating complex technology and clinical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for new products, capabilities, and market expansions, including target segments, launch sequencing, cross-functional coordination, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate launch activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to ensure strong execution and field adoption.
  • Develop thought leadership around payer-market trends and use market insights to strengthen commercialization strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial leadership on pricing and packaging strategies that support scalable growth.
  • Create launch messaging, sales tools, executive presentations, enablement materials, and other resources that help enterprise sales teams communicate differentiated value.
  • Support complex RFP responses and strategic opportunities by developing compelling positioning, reusable messaging frameworks, and executive-ready materials.
  • Develop payer-facing resources that enable health plan clients to effectively communicate program value to their employer-group customers.
  • Gather and incorporate field feedback to continuously improve sales tools, messaging, and go-to-market programs.
  • Track and analyze launch and sales-enablement performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improve commercialization outcomes.
  • Maintain competitive battlecards and positioning guidance while monitoring healthcare, payer, and digital health market trends.
  • Partner with Product teams to understand roadmap priorities, upcoming launches, and evolving capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align campaign messaging with payer positioning and broader go-to-market objectives.
  • Work with Customer Success and clinical teams to develop credible customer proof points, outcomes, and compelling narratives.
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement to support internal training, field readiness, and consistent communication of product value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing or related B2B marketing experience, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare IT, digital health, payer markets, or closely related healthcare technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to translate technical, clinical, or complex product capabilities into clear buyer value and differentiated messaging.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, product positioning, and marketing content for sophisticated buying environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise healthcare buyers, particularly payer organizations and their commercial priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategic deals, RFP responses, client presentations, and other high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, clinical, and proposal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-ready narratives and compelling customer-facing materials.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to use market, competitive, and performance insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams without relying solely on formal authority.
