Job Summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for building, operating, and improving the company’s CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.
This role plays a critical part in reliability, performance, and operational excellence, actively participating in on-call rotations and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Operate and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain observability tooling
- Automate builds and deployments for backend and frontend services
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (and exposure to Azure/GCP)
- Configure and maintain networking and VPNs
- Support cost optimization and resource efficiency
- Ensure production reliability and performance
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
- Contribute to SLAs, SLOs, and reliability improvements
First 30–90 Days

- Take ownership of selected CI/CD pipelines and services
- Understand infrastructure, networking, and observability setup
- Participate in on-call with support

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience (must haves) with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Gitlab/Github/ Helm, Terraform / Observability.
- Solid understanding of observability and monitoring
- Experience operating production systems
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Java, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with frontend build pipelines (ReactJS, PixiJS)
- Exposure to SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets)
