What’s the role?
Some of the most important work in banking happens behind the scenes. In this role, you'll help identify, understand and solve complex risk and regulatory challenges that matter to our customers, our people and our business.
As Executive Manager, Risk and Regulatory Discovery, you'll lead investigations into significant risk, compliance and control issues across Business & Wealth. You'll uncover root causes, shape practical solutions and help drive meaningful action that strengthens the way we work.
Working closely with senior leaders and specialist teams, you'll support critical regulatory priorities, influence key decisions and help deliver sustainable outcomes that improve risk and customer outcomes over the long term.
This is a full time, hybrid role based in Barangaroo, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
What do I need?
Experience leading complex risk, regulatory, remediation or transformation initiatives.
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills with the ability to turn insights into practical action.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong governance, communication and stakeholder management capability.
Confidence engaging with senior leaders and translating complex topics into clear recommendations.
