About Job

We are seeking a BI & Analytics Engineer to join our growing BI & Analytics team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working across business intelligence, data engineering, analytics, and data platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable reporting, data integration, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. Working with technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and modern analytics platforms, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality data solutions, support business-critical systems, and continuously improve our analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
  • Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and reporting solutions.
  •  Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, views, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
  • Support data integration, transformation, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of data warehouses and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance across reporting environments.
  • Monitor and support business-critical analytics and reporting systems.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related data-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering data and reporting solutions within a production environment.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  •  Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, and report development.
  • Strong SQL development skills and understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  •  Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
