  • Create knowledge articles for recurring issues, helping the whole team grow smarter every day.

What we value in you

  • Familiarity with a variety of industry hardware platforms and operating systems (iOS, Android).
  • A talent for breaking down complex problems, finding the root cause, and shaping a resolution strategy.
  • The ability to juggle multiple client issues at once and explain solutions to customers of all technical levels.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment, paired with a results-oriented, strong work ethic.
  • Resourcefulness in gathering the diagnostic information needed to solve technical challenges.
  • A genuine team spirit and a warm, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ideally, experience working with customers of different sizes (corporate, medium-sized business, and lighting professionals).
  • Experience with lighting controls is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in gadgets and consumer electronics.
  • Any knowledge of electrical installations or electronics is beneficial.

Language skills

  • Full written and verbal proficiency in English is a must.
  • If we end up hiring two colleagues, we would like at least one of them to also speak German.
  • Any additional languages are a genuine advantage – the more, the merrier, as we serve customers in many countries.
