The Optics HWS PLM works across NI Business Group teams to oversee and manage the Optics HWS service business. This position owns the Optics HWS service portfolio, service definitions, Statements of Work (SoW), service costing/pricing/margin, quote tool maintenance & support, provides support for pre-sales tendering and service contract closure, and oversees HWS Delivery in the day-to-day operational service delivery, cost management, and lifecycle
