We are seeking a full-time experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction work. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The role will require travel to project sites and company offices. The Construction Project Manager will lead, direct, and coordinate the overall management of multiple projects. Duties
- Only Candidates with direct construction and/or construction management experiences may be considered
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), ethics, and compliance requirements at all times.
- Lead the successful execution of awarded projects and support business development/proposal efforts
- Ensure execution of all aspects of the project is in accordance with contractual obligations and OCI’s project requirements
- Ensure that project requirements for safety, quality, and productivity are met in all locations managed by OCI where work is being performed
- Understand and administer OCI's contract and subcontract agreements
- Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
- Establish, document, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation
- Manage project budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
- Work with Operations to initiate project payment process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner
- Keep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meetings (ORMs)
- Continuous investigation into cost enhancement and process improvements
Necessary activities will include, but are not limited to:
- Project Leadership – Provide leadership and direction to the project team contributing expertise to planning and execution of the work. Hold overall technical and commercial accountability for the project. Negotiate with other key stakeholders
- Business Development – Provide project leadership support to the sales team in pursuit of opportunities. Maintain key Client relationships

Pay: 100,000 - 115,000 USD
- 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction project manager
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and project management software like ProCore or Prolog.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost management, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, construction plans development, and technical documentation review.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Construction site experience is essential; knowledge of heavy civil or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous.
