We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to join our Nutrition business in Madrid, Spain. This is a temporary position. In this role, you will ensure a complete management of internal and market claims, including training for new employees, coordinate activities of validation (areas, processes and qualification of equipment). You will be responsible of the local documentation and training system in the local and international documentation for the AN division of the affiliate and coordinate activities and functions required related with issues of Quality Assurance and Environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
SOPs:
- Ensures local processes and procedures are in place to clearly define safety and surveillance responsibilities within the Affiliate in line with Global SOPs and local regulations.
Complaints:
- Ensures product complaints are reviewed for adverse events, and forwards any AEs identified to ANMSS.
- Completes reconciliation between Quality Assurance (QA), TSO and Safety and surveillance at the Affiliate.
- Reception, registration, monitoring and closure of product and devices complaints.
- Documentation archive.
Non-conformities/CAPAs:
- Reception, registration, monitoring and closure of non-conformities.
- Documentation archive.
- Effectiveness check.
Training:
- Maintains training matrix/plan for local personnel.
- Ensures training of Affiliate personnel on relevant quality and/or Safety and Surveillance responsibilities is undertaken; that appropriate training records are maintained.
- Ensures that any training of partner company staff is completed according to local contract requirements, and appropriately documented.
Audits and Inspections:
- Give support to QA Head as the key Affiliate contact for both internal audits and Regulatory Authority inspections.
- Ensures that any Regulatory Authority communications are forwarded to the required ANMSS personnel and that any corrective actions are completed according to schedule.
Promotional materials:
- Compilation of the necessary documentation for the approval of digital and printed materials.
- Printed materials check prior release.
Labeling:
- Contribution to product labelling changes.
- Work orders and instructions check prior overlabel and repackaging activities.
- Compilation of the necessary documentation for the final product release.
Suppliers:
- Enforcing compliance in accordance to requirements for applicable suppliers who impact product quality.
- Maintaining an Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Evaluating, re-evaluating and approving suppliers who impact the quality system.
- Performing risk assessment activities associated with supplier classification.
- Review key performance indicators for suppliers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, GxP requirements, and Quality Systems.
- Understanding of validation processes and equipment calibration requirements.
- Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Experience supporting or participating in internal and external audits.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
