Full description

Fashion Cloud is a Hamburg-based B2B software company connecting brands and retailers across the fashion industry. We build the digital infrastructure that helps our partners share data, content, and processes more efficiently - with offices in Hamburg and Amsterdam and a close-knit, international team of around 120 people.

Here at Fashion Cloud, we transform the fashion industry and support our customers through our solid base of software products. We are seeking a Product Success Manager EDI to help us grow and maintain our web platform.

What it's about

We are changing the fashion wholesale industry with the innovative products that our customers love. As a platform, we connect with brands and retailers to exchange flawless data. Together with your team, you make sure data integrations run smoothly across the Benelux & Nordics region and that we systematically improve our data quality. Account managers, engineers, and product managers are at your side to set the course for a smooth data flow.

In your day-to-day work, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Partnership. You'll work side by side with your growing team of high-potential specialists and make sure brands and retailers in the DACH market can exchange data smoothly. For our customers, you're more than technical support – with you, a setup turns into a real partnership.
  • Onboarding & Integration. You help new suppliers get set up with us: you get a clear picture of how they work and how their data is structured, and then make sure their systems and our platform work together smoothly.
  • Sparring & Support. You're the go-to person for our DACH customers and trading partners when it comes to data exchange and integrations. You explain complex topics in a way that truly makes sense, build trust, and calmly bring tricky alignments across the finish line. When something doesn't run smoothly – say, with order data or transmissions – you get to the bottom of it in a structured way and find pragmatic solutions. Along the way, you become confident with our systems and the relevant standards.
  • Driving New Data Flows. You lead projects that move us forward – whether it's new data connections, additional features, more automation, or a better way of handling errors. Got an idea? Go for it.

What you need to bring with you:

  • Experience. 1–2 years in a customer-facing, technical, or project management role — you know how to navigate stakeholder needs, juggle priorities, and keep communication flowing.
  • Communication. You explain things clearly, tell a structured story, and you're someone we'd happily put in front of any customer.
  • Tech Affinity. You enjoy working with technology and want to understand how systems work behind the scenes. Prior knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus, but not a requirement – we'll teach you what matters.
  • Love for Data Puzzles. Analytical thinking. You like getting to the bottom of things, patiently work your way into new topics, and don't settle for half an answer.
  • Methodical & Detail-Driven. You're organised, take pride in your work, and have an eye for detail. Your middle name is Sherlock Holmes — you don't just fix errors, you want to know why they happened in the first place.
  • Languages. You're fluent in German and English.
  • Energy & Proactivity. You bring motivation, positivity, ambition, and curiosity to everything you do — and you don't wait for problems to land in your lap. When you see something off, you investigate. When you think a process could be smoother, you speak up.
  • Nice to Have. Familiarity with the wholesale industry or some experience with SQL or scripting (e.g., Python), but it's by no means a dealbreaker.

Why you should come on board:

We have a humorous mix of developers, fashion lovers and other geniuses working together. You'll get to work on improving complex projects with a smart, caring team.

What's in it for you?

  • Free choice of laptop and equipment (e.g. MacBook)
  • Flexible working times – No 9 to 5, you are in charge of your time!
  • 20 Days Europe Remote Working Program
  • A great office – we stick to a hybrid work mode and enjoy flexibility between working face to face with colleagues at the office and the opportunity to work from home
  • Regular team activities – Christmas party, Trivia nights and even trips abroad to celebrate success together!
  • Health is wealth – Sports membership discount + mental health support by nilo.health
  • Continuous education – 1000€ yearly development budget, books and free online tutorials from Pluralsight
  • Sabbatical option – after 3 years with us

At Fashion Cloud, we embrace inclusivity and treat each individual with respect, regardless of their country of origin, sexual orientation, or any other aspect of their identity. We keep an open dialogue about what moves all of us and how we can all work together in the best way. Your application will be processed following our Applicant Privacy Policy.
