About the Role

You will shape customer-facing communication experiences across email, push notifications, and other owned channels in a highly collaborative digital environment. This role sits at the intersection of product design, CRM, marketing, loyalty, and engineering, where the challenge is to make every touchpoint more relevant, consistent, and valuable for the end user.

You will work hands-on with both the details and the bigger picture: improving communication journeys, building scalable patterns, and helping teams turn customer insight into experiences that feel clear, useful, and on brand. Job Description

• You will design and optimize communication experiences across email, push notifications, and other owned channels.
• You will create scalable UI patterns, templates, and components that support personalization, campaign execution, and a consistent brand experience.
• You will collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering to turn customer insights and business goals into effective communication journeys.
• You will drive discovery, concept development, prototyping, and validation for new communication experiences and lifecycle initiatives.
• You will use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve engagement, relevance, usability, and customer value across touchpoints.
• You will own workstreams from discovery through delivery and help align stakeholders around user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Strong product design and UI design capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences.
• Experience designing for email, push notifications, CRM platforms, or other communication-focused products and services.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems, and component-based design.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel user experiences.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and align teams around a shared vision.
• Comfort working in a strategic environment while remaining hands-on in execution and design craft.
