We are seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new business throughout an assigned sales territory. The assigned territory for this position includes Missouri and Kansas. Candidates must currently reside in or near Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS. We do not offer relocation assistance.
A typical day as a Territory Sales Engineer can include:
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers
- Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%
- Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS
