The B2B Solutions Product Management team is part of the broader Corporate and B2B Solutions organization within Global Commercial Services (GCS). As the commercial payments ecosystem continues to evolve, customers are increasingly seeking faster, more flexible, and more intelligent ways to manage payables, receivables, financing, and working capital. Emerging technologies, including alternative payment rails and AI-driven workflows are creating new opportunities to redefine how businesses move money and manage financial operations.
The Senior Manager-B2B Digital Product Management will play a critical role in shaping the future of B2B payments for American Express. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing emerging payment capabilities, strategic partnerships, and innovation opportunities that strengthen our B2B value proposition and position American Express for long-term growth. The role will partner across Product Management, Product Development, Network, and Strategy teams to assess new market developments, define strategic points of view, and develop actionable roadmaps for innovation.
