Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Salesforce CRMA Analytics Developer

We are looking for a skilled CRMA developer with relevant years of experience in building insightful dashboards and reports from CRM data. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM-based dashboards and reports (sales, pipeline, customer insights).
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and related sources.
• Build and optimize data models, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience in CRM reporting, analytics, or BI roles.
• Strong experience with CRM analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM Analytics / Power BI / Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Good understanding of CRM data models (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads).
• Experience in dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into reports.
