We are currently looking for a Senior BPA (Sr. Financial Planning Analyst) to join our Finance Team. Join us, the future is ours to shape!

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform and support yearly budgeting, monthly/quarterly latest estimates and rolling forecast in all internal and regional financial cycles
  • Lead monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and perform detailed analysis in all sales drivers
  • Business Partnering with commercial teams on short - midterm business plans with P&L perspective. Understand & challenge the business risks and opportunities in all layers.
  • Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, perform profitability analysis on products, teams, business units and report the results with brand P&Ls
  • Support product costing process / COGs (systems runs, understanding the cost variances, run value added improvement projects)
  • Acting as a point of contact with Global Finance Innovation teams and leading financial system submissions & reporting
  • Support month-end closing activities by collaborating with stakeholders from Financial Reporting & Accounting team
  • Perform financial compliance controls, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions in the P&L areas are recorded and well explained
  • Design and manage early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results

Min Requirements:

  • BA degree in related fields
  • Fluent in English
  • Min. 5 years of experience in budget planning and finance analysis
  • Strong communication skills and being a team player
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High Level of resilience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharma industry experience is a plus
