This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Developer Fullstack Java & Angular | Mid Level based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level full-stack developer to build and evolve modern applications across both backend and frontend layers.You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular while contributing to scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.The role also brings a strong focus on AI-assisted and agentic development, including emerging tools and approaches for improving developer productivity.You will apply engineering best practices, automated testing, code reviews, and structured development methodologies.The position offers exposure to Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and technologies such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, participate in technical decisions, agile ceremonies, and release processes.It is an excellent environment for a curious, adaptable professional who enjoys solving problems and continuously expanding their technical skills.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and enhance responsive frontend applications using Angular.

• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, maintainable architecture, and code quality standards.

• Leverage AI and agentic development approaches to optimize workflows and increase productivity throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) principles and explore tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.

• Take part in agile ceremonies, release processes, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

• Use development and quality tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira as part of the delivery lifecycle.

• Share knowledge, contribute ideas, and help continuously improve development practices and team outcomes.

Requirements:

• Professional experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.

• Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development.

• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development.

• Experience with or strong familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

• Knowledge or practical experience with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.

• Experience with unit testing and software development best practices.

• Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.

• Experience working with agile methodologies and software release processes.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Autonomy, adaptability, resilience, and willingness to continuously learn in a dynamic environment.
