Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing consumer electronics system engineering.
- Experience across all phases of hardware product development from prototype to mass production.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with consumer electronics and shipping products.
- Knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and development planning.
- Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans.
- Ability to take initiative and drive several tasks at once.
- Passion for improving processes and plans.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Manage development of Pixel hardware products and drive the overall execution of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Interface between joint development partners and cross functional Engineering and Operation teams.
