As a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager within Trust & Security, you lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs that align to business outcomes and customer needs. You translate challenges into clear, high-quality requirements and coordinate across delivery teams to deliver shared services and intelligence that help identify fraud faster. You guide teams through dependencies, risks, and milestones while promoting a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects and programs aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations
- Develop delivery plans covering scope, timelines, resource needs, dependencies, and risk management
- Oversee day-to-day execution, monitor progress, and deliver milestones on time
- Identify risks early and create practical mitigation and contingency plans
- Apply and improve delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Provide clear status updates and executive-ready summaries to stakeholders
- Manage interdependencies across product releases and delivery teams to support smooth delivery
- Lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition
- Align product and delivery strategies to business goals and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure programs and projects are completed in accordance with risk, control, and governance guidelines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management within a technology environment
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project or delivery certifications (for example, PMP or Agile certifications)
- Experience using project management tools (for example, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project)
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
