Your Role
The Business Configuration Shared Services team serves as the operational foundation of the Business Configuration organization, coordinating and supporting the end-to-end configuration delivery lifecycle. The team ensures configuration requests are prioritized, tracked, delivered, released, reported on, and supported, while also providing automation, environment management, security coordination, governance, and operational leadership across the department.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Configuration, the Senior Business Process Analyst manages operational, project, and strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support. This role drives consistency, improves operational efficiency, and translates complex information into actionable recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and helping the organization adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Provide complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to support improvement of known business processes
- Analyze and assures the quality of data collected and manages data collection plans
- Prepare and presents complex data analysis story arch for Senior Management review
- Gather customer and business needs and provides analysis toward operational efficiency and drives change within and operational area
- Develop maps of manual and automated business processes, capturing organizational and process models, data and system workflows, describing the roles, activities, inputs and outputs
- Manage multiple priorities and competing demands while maintaining high standards of quality
- Produce accurate, high-quality work in a dynamic environment with changing business needs and complex responsibilities
- Support a wide range of activities, from day-to-day operations to complex projects and strategic initiatives
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and translate insights into actionable recommendations for technical audiences
- Maintain and enhance process documentation by identifying gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and updating content to align with evolving business requirements
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Requires 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires extensive experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management
- Requires a deep knowledge of process improvement tools typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Requires strong expertise in performance measurement frameworks and KPI reporting
- Must have excellent time-management skills with a commitment to quality and timeliness
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Preferred progress towards a Yellow or Green Belt from ASQ (Lean or Six Sigma)
- Prefers experience with Facets, Jira, Rovo, Service Marketplace, Nexus, Planview, SQL, Facets, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Copilot
- Preferred expert knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment
- Preferred expert knowledge of PCs and related software applications

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
