DESCRIPTION

Mid-level position – You will support the business by delivering actionable insights, maintaining robust dashboards, and developing data models that guide strategic decision‑making. Collaborate across teams to strengthen data culture, improve data quality, and drive analytics initiatives in a fast‑paced tech/telecom environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain data models that support stakeholder decision‑making processes.
  • Collaborate with Data Delivery, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to integrate analytics effectively into business processes.
  • Continually assess internal resources, documentation, data sources, and reporting to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Support and train stakeholders to strengthen data culture and promote data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Drive and support analytics projects by applying deep understanding of tech/telecom data.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SQL or comparable expertise in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, finance).
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business problems using data and analytics.
  • Advanced/fluency English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Big Plus:

  • Experience working in a global, multi‑timezone environment.
  • Telecom or tech industry experience.
