Product Marketing shapes how Holistic AI is positioned, messaged and brought to market. You'll turn product capabilities and market needs into clear stories for buyers, enable Sales and Pre-Sales, and support launches and campaigns that land with enterprise governance audiences.
It's a key hire to sharpen how we show up in a fast-moving enterprise market, and every claim you make will stay true to what the product delivers.

Holistic AI builds AI governance and assurance tooling for enterprise customers. Our platform helps organisations test AI systems responsibly and align their governance with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST. We're a team of about 40 people, hiring carefully: quality over speed.
What you'll do
- Develop positioning, messaging and value propositions for our governance and assurance offerings.
- Create sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, competitive talk tracks and use-case stories.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation and Growth on launches and go-to-market motions.
- Translate technical and regulatory themes, such as the EU AI Act and NIST-aligned governance, into language buyers understand.
- Support website, content and campaign messaging with marketing colleagues.
- Gather market and win/loss insight to refine positioning over time.
- Keep messaging consistent across demos, events and outbound so the market hears one clear story.
What you'll bring
- Experience in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS marketing role.
- The ability to turn complex technical or regulatory topics into clear, credible messaging.
- Strong writing and storytelling for enterprise audiences.
- Comfort working with Sales, Product and Demand Generation.
- An organised, self-directed approach suited to a growing company.
- The judgement to keep claims and comparisons accurate and evidence-based.
Nice to have
- A background in AI, data, security, GRC or enterprise software marketing.
- Experience enabling enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with analyst relations or category narrative work.
- Experience supporting product launches in regulated or trust-sensitive categories.
Location and working model
- United Kingdom.
- Remote or hybrid, as agreed with the hiring manager.
- Close day-to-day work with commercial and product colleagues across regions.
Compensation
Indicative salary: £55,000. We offer competitive benefits; details are shared during the hiring process.
