The Oracle Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Finance modules. This role ensures that finance processes are aligned with business needs and that the system is configured to deliver maximum efficiency and compliance. The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

Here is how you will be involved

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Finances modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Finances applications to meet business needs and support process improvements.
  • Drive system testing activities.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead user training, develop training materials, and ensure adoption of new processes and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless finance operations and system alignment.
  • Assist in governance, compliance, and optimization of finance processes and internal controls.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and guide junior team members as needed.

Your experience

  • 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Finance modules.
  • Proven track record leading or playing a key role in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementation.
  • Solid understanding of finance business processes and best practices.
  • Ability to gather and document detailed functional requirements.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage priorities effectively.

You stand out for:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required, as you will be working with resources outside Quebec.
  • Oracle Finance Certifications is a nice to have.
  • Experience in training end users.
