Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling data products or platform features in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex agentic or workflow concepts into concrete product requirements.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to define metrics, construct evaluation frameworks, and interpret complex data telemetry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery and development of new tools, skills, and sub-agents that address the evolving needs of teams navigating critical data journeys.
- Build out and operationalize the necessary evaluation frameworks (evals) and analytics to ensure each journey improves the velocity and precision of Google's data insights.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the agentic data space.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and integration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including engineers, analysts, executives, and internal product partners.
