Job Purpose
Design and implement the project strategy for end to end development (filing and approval) by managing and driving the projects as per the targeted timelines and within the budget, provide the centralized support to achieve filing timelines and organizational objectives
Key Accountabilities (1/6)
Drive the end-to-end delivery (portfolio selection to filing) of projects to ensure delivery of projects ‘On Time’ & ‘Within Budget’
- Perform due diligence while accepting the projects from portfolio for clarity on strategy at the beginning of projects
- Manage and oversee the strategy and plan for each of the new projects after allocation from portfolio
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all allocated projects to corporate functions & senior management
- Provide on-time support to Reporting Project manager, for faster resolution and timely escalation
- Ensure timely analysis and reporting through review mechanism to enable accurate information sharing
- Disseminate detailed project information in various organizational forums and share monthly updates with CLT
- Escalate risks and issues on time to concerned Senior management/ relevant stakeholder
- Communicate key decisions taken throughout the project lifecycle to cross functional teams
- Assure availability of essential project resources (manpower, material, technology)
- Lead Project management decisions including risk management and stage gate planning to optimize project performance
- Establish and maintain management tools (Scope document, Project charter. MSP etc.) to give a detailed overview of the project
Key Accountabilities (2/6)
Provide support to Reporting Project Manager by on-time issue resolution and prioritization to achieve deliverables
- Provide on time support to Reporting Project manager, for faster resolution and timely escalation
- Conduct continuous review with reporting project managers to identify early warning signals, assessment, prioritization and resolution
- Ensure adequate training & development to the team member for performance enhancement
- Manage conflict and bring quick resolution to difficult problems through timely intervention and by facilitating and strengthening the interaction between CFTs
Key Accountabilities (3/6)
Mitigate risks and monitor project progress against mitigation plan to ensure seamless execution
- Lead risk management programme to identify early warning signal & drive risk mitigation plan for identified risks
- Manage conflict and bring quick resolution to difficult problems through timely intervention and by facilitating and strengthening the interaction between CFTs
- Track and drive regulatory and quality compliance requirements; monitor cost and handle deviations
- Estimate timeline, resource, budget and key project risks
Key Accountabilities (4/6)
Develop Relationship and manage Techno-Commercial partners (Internal & External customers) for achieving targeted deliverables
- Manage & track deliverables of relevant vendors for product development
- Identify and finalize CRO/CMO and drive till project complete
- Support Business development, portfolio by sharing monthly project reports/updates whenever required
- Manage cross functional communication for project delivery
- Update / resolve issues through organizing weekly / monthly review of projects with R&D, FND & Respi CoE head/IPD Project Management Head
- Ensure manufacturing capacity availability for product manufacturing by regular interactions with Global S&OP team

Drive compliance and oversee continuous improvement of internal processes for smooth functioning of the projects
- Improve compliance to the operational excellence initiatives like 6 month planner for manufacturing batches in unit
- Ensure adherence to stage gate process by continuous monitoring of quality of stage gate meetings
- Ensure quality of dashboards and database by continuous review with the team
Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action
- Manage Portfolio of new launches in assigned geographies, prioritize & control execution of global launches of new product portfolio
- Analyse the successful projects of other companies to derive inference from the trends
